We should have more politicians like Gov. Ed Panlilio and less of the trapos like the Lapids (not the chicharon brand). In less than 2 years, the provincial government under Panlilio was able to collect more than P397.608 million quarry taxes and fees vs. the P382.560 million collected in five and a half years of the Lapid administration. Everyone’s now asking–where’s the missing P568 million that’s supposed to have been collected during the Lapid administration?
