After ordering beef brisket rice toppings from Le Ching in TriNoma, thoughts of the mouth-watering dish ran inside my head as I waited for my food to be served. The cashier gave me a number and told me to wait until my number is called so I went around and looked for a cheaper drink to go with the toppings, something below P25, in nearby stores. After a few minutes, I heard them call my number and my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment.
Knowing how the beef brisket rice toppings looks and tastes like after eating numerous times at their Banawe branch, the food they served me was the exact opposite: the beef toppings are parts of the cow you normally discard and sauce is so scant it’s almost dry. What the?! Instead of complaining, I opted to order another equally bad-tasting crap from a nearby shawarma stand.
Le Ching, wake up and do something about your TriNoma branch before you lose credibility and face!

At P102 for a single bowl, I thought the food from Le Ching would taste as delicious as the food in their Banawe branch but I was wrong.
