He caused TRAFFIC IN CEBU SOUTH for more than 3 hours. It happened last night. We were so hungry that we arrived home very late. He almost blocked the NATIONAL HIGHWAY FOR HIS CAMPAIGN. HE HAS NO CONCERNED TO ALL THE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING AND WANTS TO COME HOME EARLY.
